Yunnan Reascend Tobacco Technology (YRTT) focuses on the research, development, and application of novel tobacco materials, committed to providing comprehensive, multi-level innovative material solutions for traditional tobacco and new tobacco products. With functionalization and differentiation as our research directions, through continuous technological accumulation and innovation, we assist tobacco products in achieving breakthroughs and enhancements in multiple dimensions such as sensory experience, health attributes, and environmental performance.

1. Material Research and Development
We possess systematic R&D capabilities covering several key areas:
• Adsorption and Sustained-Release Materials: By developing efficient carrier materials, we achieve effective adsorption of flavor components, enhancing the persistence and stability of aroma, and improving the smoking experience. This enables authentic reproduction of a series of tastes with higher lasting performance.


• Filter Rod and Aerosol-Generating Materials with Novel Structures: Based on one-piece molding materials and processes, we develop molding processes and technologies applicable to traditional cigarettes, Heat-Not-Burn (HNB) products, and related materials for smoking accessories, realizing new functional applications for filter rod materials.

• Microencapsulation Flavoring Materials: Microencapsulation flavoring technology protects flavors and enables controlled release, enhancing the layering of aroma notes and prolonging the lastingness of fragrance.

In process technology, we continuously advance the innovation and optimization of key technologies and industrial processes, conducting research on:
• Material microwave treatment processes
• Microcapsule formation processes
• Material spray drying processes
• Material granulation processes
